Basketball Wives star Tami Roman revealed yesterday (May 17th) that she decided to delete her Twitter page. After Monday’s (May 14th) episode — with Tami bullying a defenseless Kesha, the reality has been blasted by viewers disgusted at her behavior. Tami’s daughters Jazz and Lyric were bullied by online commenters, so she deleted their Twitter pages as well
According to Necolebitchie.com, Tami said, “I deactivated my twitter for the time being because I have been blessed with a wonderful opportunity to work with phenomenal actors on a new television show. I didn’t want to wake up to the continual negativity from a mistake made over four months ago, which I have openly acknowledged and apologized for to overshadow the blessing of this moment.”
In an open letter on her website, Beyonce pays tribute to the late disco-queen, Donna Summer, who lost the battle to cancer at the age of 63. “She was so much more than the queen of disco she became known for,” wrote B, who sampled Summers’ “Love to Love You Baby” on her 2004 hit “Naughty Girl.” Read her heartfelt words below.
Donna Summer made music that moved me both emotionally and physically to get up and dance. You could always hear the deep passion in her voice. She was so much more than the queen of disco she became known for, she was an honest and gifted singer with flawless vocal talent. I’ve always been a huge fan and was honored to sample one of her songs. She touched many generations and will be so sadly missed.
My love goes out to her family during this difficult time.
Love,
B
In an interview with JET Magazine, Single Ladies star LisaRaye revealed her issues with Stacey Dash.
What happened with Stacey Dash leaving the show?
Believe me I wish things had worked out because I thought Stacey and I were great together. She was my age and we were working it. It was sex-symbol to sex-symbol. But she didn’t want to be there. I was disappointed about that. She had some issues. I’m not sure exactly what those issues were. In the end, she and VH1 made a decision.
Did the reported nasty exchange really happen?
Yes, there was a disagreement over a scene. And it really wasn’t with me. It was with the director. I think it was about 2 or 3AM and we’d been shooting all damn day. Stacey tried to argue with the director about a line. And I’m like: “Girl, if you don’t say what the director wants you to say.” It wasn’t that serious at first, but it went there.
It’s a bunch of women on the set. We might all be on our damn period at any given point. I just wanted us to move forward. Then the argument took on a life of its own. The show decided to use it for publicity. They just ran with it.
On former co-star and friend Duane Martin:
Duane Martin. I introduced him to my ex-husband [former Turks & Caicos Premier Michael Misick], he got buddy-buddy with him and then turned against me. Just recently, this fool Duane up and sold a building he and I bought awhile ago in Los Angeles, without asking…I don’t care if we’re not friends, just don’t try to f**k me in the interim.
When I heard about him in the middle of Will & Jada’s divorce rumors, I tweeted: sounds familiar. He really aint got enough business.

Jay-Z is not the only rapper endorsing same-sex marriage. T.I. is also speaking out in support of President Obama’s stance on the controversial topic.
“Just to speak honestly and being frank, I don’t care,” Tip told MTV’s “RapFix Live.” “I think that if a matter doesn’t affect your daily life, you shouldn’t take a hard stand on it. If it’s not something that directly affects you, if it doesn’t affect you, then what difference does it make to you what other people are doing with their lives?”
He added, “I think that you should be able to do whatever you want to do. I don’t see how it matters one way or another.”
T.I. will be voting to re-elect President Obama when he gets off probation in September. “I don’t think that’s a hard question,” he said.

RIHANNA SAYS SHE WAS INSPIRED BY ‘BAD B*TCHES’ FOR BATTLESHIP ROLE
In other news, Rihanna said that she was inspired by a few actresses for inspiration for her role in Battleship. She told MTV News, “There were a few – I won’t name them, but there were a few. [They were] mostly actresses I looked to and looked up to and embodied their characters and tried to see how they would approach the action. I watched a lot of bad b*tches.”
On whether she wants to continue acting, Rihanna said, “You can’t plan for anything, the unknown really. I hadn’t done anything in acting so I didn’t feel like it was appropriate to have any plan. I didn’t know if I would like it or be good at it. I really enjoyed the experience and I want to do more, try different types of roles so that I can see what I excel in most or like best.”
