IAA:  What is your music background?
RON BLACK: I have done many shows and hip hop competitions, such as the Sun Kiss contest and had the opportunity to perform at the Roc The Mic tour. I also performed at Sound Check Showcase, Bartram High School,Club Flow and many more. I also appeared on Dj Don Damarko radio show. In 2008 I released Close Range The Empire rap dvd. Not long after I released my second dvd Still Hood Neva Hollywood and it was very successful.

IAA:  Why do you want to record and release your own music?
RON BLACK:  I want to record an release my own music because I have a message that I want to share with the world.

IAA:  What are your songs about?
RON BLACK:  My songs are based on real life situations.

IAA:  Who is your fan base directed towards?
RON BLACK:  My fan base is not directed to one particular group. I try to reach out to everyone through my music.

IAA:  Who are your musical influences?
RON BLACK:  My musical influences are Tupac, Eminem, Jay-Z, 50 cent, and Ice Cube.

IAA:  How would you describe your music to people ?
RON BLACK:  I would describe my music as being catchy, lyrical, and very addictive.

IAA:  What makes you stand out from other artist ?
RON BLACK:  What makes me stand out is that I always think outside the box, and I am a pro at saying things others are afraid to say.

IAA:  What are some upcoming projects, you are currently working on?
RON BLACK: My newest project is Yea I Said It Volume 1 Hosted by Coast 2 Coast Dj’s.

IAA:  What are your career goals? Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
RON BLACK: My goal is to be an successful artist, give back to my community, and doing movies. In ten years I see myself overseeing the entertainment business.
